How does Maeve make health a priority?
"I try to include a good variety of food in my diet, including lots of plant-based foods, so that I have a tasty and balanced intake overall. I also aim to exercise in a way that I enjoy every day - such as practicing yoga, walking, running and the occasional HIIT workout. Prioritising relaxation and mindfulness is also important for me."
