Biography
Hello! I’m Whitney Combs and I’m based in Tampa, FL where I live with my husband, my youngest daughter, 2 mischievous cats and a sweet yellow lab named Nicoya. I also have 2 young adult children working on degrees at Florida State University (Go Noles!)
I started my career in 2006 as a Physician Assistant specializing in seizure and sleep disorders. In 2017, I transitioned to working as a Health and Wellness coach with a specialization in alcohol use disorder. In addition to years of coaching experience, I have designed and managed successful coaching programs in several med-tech start-ups.
I am a big believer that everyone has within themselves the capacity for positive change. I believe that each one of us knows what we need to do in order to heal and live our best possible lives. I see my work as walking with my clients, asking powerful questions and offering encouragement and accountability so that they can uncover their own personal path toward health and wellness.
In my spare time you can find me reading (mostly personal development books), journaling, meditating, listening to live music, playing Mahjong & board games with my family and eating all the chocolate.
