Biography
Robyn is an Australian Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience across clinical, private practice, food industry, and medical nutrition settings, and has worked in both Australia and the UK.
Passionate about behaviour change and lifestyle-focused care, Robyn is a practitioner member of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and follows a non-diet, whole-food approach grounded in science and compassion.
With a background in exercise science and experience in food allergies and intolerances, gut health, early life nutrition (from fertility to infant feeding), paediatrics, sports nutrition, and eating disorders, Robyn also has a growing interest in perimenopause and menopause—sparked by her own lived experience—and is currently undertaking further training to support women through these transitions.
Whether helping clients manage digestive conditions such as coeliac disease and IBS, or navigate the hormonal shifts of midlife, Robyn’s goal is to help people feel more empowered, more comfortable, and more connected to their health.
Robyn lives in Melbourne with her husband and two teenage girls, and is happiest when by the beach.
“I make health a priority by getting outdoors, walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, staying strong through resistance training, and by cooking and enjoying nourishing meals with my family.”
