Kristin is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian residing in California with her husband Kyle, identical twin daughters, Audrey and Chloe, two step children, Haiden and Hunter, and her zoo (3 pups – Bella, Buddy, and Charlie – all rescues, Bearded Dragon – Chuck, Guinea Pig – Russell, and aquarium full of fun colored fish)!
Kristin has been an RDN for ten years, and spent the last few years as a Director of Nutrition in an acute care setting, as well as working with clients with eating disorders. She has extensive experience
mentoring new dietitians as she has worked in many areas of nutrition including: Renal Dialysis, Cardiac Health, Long Term Care, Pediatrics, Wound Care, Hospital care, Inpatient/Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization of disordered eating. Kristin believes food should not only taste good, but make us feel good as well.
