Biography
Christy is based in Colorado Springs, CO, and has loved growing up in the Rocky Mountains in the outdoors. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and Masters degrees from Oregon Health and Science University and the University of Westminster. She has been a dietitian for 15 years working in diabetes, heart disease, weight management and digestive disorders, including SIBO, IBS, diverticula disease, and GERD. She loves helping people understand how nutrition and food can change everything about your health and life.
