Biography

Sydnee is a U.S.-based Monash FODMAP Trained Dietitian living in North Carolina. She is often joined by her cat, Chia, a cute co-star on client calls. She holds two degrees in nutritional sciences and dietetics, with a strong foundation in research. Passionate about all things gut health, Sydnee specializes in a variety of digestive conditions. Her approach blends science with compassion, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to reconnect with food, feel empowered, and yes—talk about poo, too.
