Biography

Adam is based in Melbourne, Australia, and brings a decade of experience helping people navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, and meaningful change. Throughout his career, he has seen that knowing what to do is often only part of the challenge. The harder part is understanding what gets in the way and finding a path forward that feels realistic and sustainable.

Drawing on his background in psychology, Adam takes a warm, practical, and collaborative approach. He helps clients better understand the thoughts, emotions, habits, and stress patterns that influence their wellbeing, and supports them in building practical skills that make change feel more manageable and sustainable.

Adam believes that lasting change begins with self-understanding rather than self-criticism. Whether someone arrives with a clear goal or is simply feeling stuck, he aims to create a grounded, non-judgmental space where clients can build insight, develop practical skills, and move forward with greater confidence.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time in nature, listening to music, and finding space to slow down and recharge. He believes that health is about more than managing symptoms. It’s about creating a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and connected to the things that matter most.
