Most people are fixing
their gut the wrong way
Not because they are lazy.
Because gut advice online
is a complete mess.
The usual trap
- Cutting gluten for two weeks, then guessing again
- Cutting dairy, then blaming the next food
- Buying another probiotic and hoping this one works
- Googling every ingredient before dinner
- Eating the same safe meals because you are scared to branch out
What actually helps
- A clear starting point
- A structured low FODMAP reset
- Simple meals you can repeat
- A way to track symptoms and spot patterns
- Gut-brain tools for stress, food fear, and flare-ups
- A plan that does not take over your life
Stop spending time and money on the wrong things
If your symptoms keep coming back, the answer is probably not another random restriction.
Most people with IBS-type symptoms do not need a longer list of foods to fear. They need a system that shows them what to do first, what to eat this week, and what to track so the patterns stop living only in their head.
The 10-Day Gut Reset Challenge gives you that system. It is built around the low FODMAP approach, simplified into daily action steps by a gut health dietitian team.

The 3-step Gut Reset system
The goal is not to make your diet smaller forever. The goal is to get a clean starting point so you can see what is actually happening.
Reset the obvious triggers
Use a guided low FODMAP starting point to reduce the foods most likely to ferment, pull water into the bowel, and trigger bloating, gas, pain, and irregular bowel habits.
Eat and track from a simple plan
Follow meals, shopping guides, and the Gut Reset Tracker so you know what to eat, what changed, and what patterns are worth paying attention to.
Calm the stress-gut loop
Use the Calm Your Gut Guide to work on the gut-brain side: food fear, urgency anxiety, fight-or-flight, and simple nervous system tools you can use before meals or during flares.
Food matters.
Your nervous system matters too.
That is the part most gut plans miss. They treat symptoms like a food-only problem, even when stress, fear around eating, urgency, and bathroom anxiety keep the loop going.
The gut-brain loop is real
Your brain and gut constantly communicate through the nervous system. When that system is on high alert, normal gut sensations can feel louder, faster, and harder to predict.
Stress can keep symptoms switched on
Anxiety about food can trigger symptoms, then symptoms create more anxiety. The challenge gives you calming tools for that loop, instead of pretending it is all in your head.
Calm Your Gut Guide is included
You also get the Calm Your Gut Guide, a practical gut-brain PDF for the other half of the equation. Food still matters, but calm matters too.
Tools for when symptoms and stress feed each other
The guide walks you through earlobe reset, mountain breathing, yawning on purpose, humming, singing or gargling, plus a simple five-minute routine for flare-up moments.
What you get inside
Everything is delivered digitally. Start today, keep the resources forever, and work through one clear step each day.
10 daily challenge emails
One lesson and one action step each morning, designed to take about five minutes.
FODMAP Master Food List
A clear reference for what to eat, what to avoid for now, and what needs caution.
7-Day Meal Plan
Simple low FODMAP meals that do not require weird ingredients or separate cooking for everyone else.
Store-by-store guides
We highlight thousands of low FODMAP options for you at Walmart, Costco, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Target, and normal supermarket aisles.
Gut Reset Tracker
A food and symptom diary that helps you spot patterns in your gut instead of guessing.
Calm Your Gut Guide
A gut-brain guide with nervous system tools for when stress, food fear, urgency, and symptoms start feeding each other.
5-minute calm routine
A simple reset sequence using breathing, earlobe stimulation, yawning, humming, singing, or gargling when your gut and stress start looping.

From Dietitian to Helping Over 15,000 Gut Health Clients Worldwide
Joe Leech, Dietitian
I’m Joe Leech, a university-qualified dietitian from Australia. I’ve been specialising in gut health since 2011, first in clinical practice, then in private consulting focused on food intolerances, autoimmune conditions, and digestive disorders.
In 2019 I founded Diet vs Disease because I kept seeing the same problem: people suffering for months or years with gut issues, getting nowhere with generic advice from doctors who had, on average, just 11 hours of nutrition training in their entire medical degree.
It’s personal for me too. My Grandad Ralph had ulcerative colitis. He was the most social, fun-loving person I knew, until his condition took that away from him. He spent years bouncing between reactive treatments, antibiotics after every flare, without anyone giving him a real plan. He passed away in 2022 from UC complications. It was so preventable.
That experience drives everything I do. I built this challenge to be the clear, step-by-step system that people like him never had access to.
Since then, our team of 12 specialist dietitians and 5 mindset coaches, including multiple Monash University-trained FODMAP experts, has helped over 15,000 clients take control of their gut health. 92% report dramatic symptom improvement within weeks.
