Goodluck on your new journey. It is always nice when the monster has a name isnt it? I was a sufferer for so long I just thought it was normal for me.. But low and behold there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Now I also just have to adjust a bit more. I have tweaked here and there to see what I can and cant eat as ALL of us are different. Some will react to low fodmap and some wont. It’s a tried and tested journey you are about to embark on. Rest assured there is answers keep a diary of all that you try and what reactions you get as sometimes its not what you ate a few hours ago but something you ate days ago that is reacting with your gut now.

See a dietician they are very helpful.

THANKS for the recipes.. It's nice to find some new things to try to make up.

You may want to include a few more wheat flour free ones for anyone trying to sort out their gluten issues as well as their IBS issues.

Looking forward to some new ideas in the kitchen.

Hi Michele, the recipes aren't mine. You need to contact the owners of each recipe which I linked to in each article. As an aside, if you put a recipe online, it's common practise that anyone can take it.
