In reply to <a href="https://www.dietvsdisease.org/hashimotos-disease-hypothyroidism-guide/#comment-42960">Ana</a>.

Hi Ana, gluten can cause more than just Celiac disease. One should be looking at a complete blood profile, food sensitivity tests, IGG, and Ige antibodies, a thorough hormone panel, and nutrigenomic testing to reveal the genetic mutations that can alter methylation, hormone production, DNA repair, as well as providing the enzymes so proteins can catalyze to other proteins. I have read at least 50 articles on Hashimotos, lots of good info, some bad, but a difficult thing to "cure". My daughter suffers with this!

Oh, thank you Sarah! You put into words my thoughts exactly. Having suffered for over 20 years with Hashimoto's and being one in the 15% who are not "cured" of all symptoms by Synthroid, I can totally relate! Why is is that doctors think if they don't understand or can't prove something, it doesn't exist!?! Does it ever occur to them that they don't know everything?

Weight gainer supplements are crucial for muscle development and overall fitness.
There are numerous elements that help or hinder excess fat loss: some
of these are objective whilst others are completely personal or subjective.
According to CDC, Americans generally get enough of the proteins of their diet that is
required for their body plus they should target other nutrients that might help
their body functions.

Hi Stacye, Yes you need to take Synthroid because you don't have a thyroid which means you need to take synthetic T4 hormone as a replacement.
