I don't know about any of that, or the tripe replies backing any of this. All I know is that I stopped eating bread and pasta and rice and potatoes and all starchy and all sugary foods and I went from 285 to 235 from June to December last year and I'm still at 235 right now in March 2019. Meanwhile, all the other guys and gals I see at the gym doing the same things and busting their asses are either heavier or haven't lost a pound. I've talked to them because they ask me what I've been doing because it's noticeable. I tell them and they talk nonsense like this article and keep trying to prove me wrong. But reality don't lie like a skewed "science based" study... And not for nothing but "Keto" has been around for decades, so it's not some fad or junk or bro science. It's "proven" to work on many levels and for many "ills". You want to promote insulin spiking food, regardless if it makes you fat, and cause the damage to arteries and general cardiac care to keep people dependent on trainers and supplements and meds, then let that be on you.

Katie, you always have more fatty acids in your blood than you can burn. Even under high insulin conditions. Fat is always cycled though your adipose tissue, this cycling is slowed down during insulin spikes, but never stops, and this turnover is at least three times the amount of fat you are burning.

More ignorant, irrelevant, invalid, and anecdotal drivel.

"out of date academic text books taught you"

Ha, no dear, this is from valid peer reviewed academic journal articles. These are actual published studies, do not understand what the even means? It's like I may as well be posting to a coconut.

Sciences shows that you are wrong, so you are wrong. Stop being a hard headed denialist, it's annoying and only diminishing to your position.
