That&#039;s a good question I should put it in the post. Honestly I would go with a name brand at the pharmacy that you recognise. 
Online is a bit more &quot;wild west&quot; even though it&#039;s cheaper. Otherwise products on amazon with loads of good reviews is normally a good indicator (but theres always exceptions of course). 
Otherwise I don&#039;t have a specific brand to recommend, sorry!]]></description>
