The health benefits of Thrive are worth every penny. When you put vitamins, nutrients, enzymes and minerals into your body that you do not normally get because your diet is below what you need the results are positive, if you take away what your body needs of course you will feel like crap again!!!! To recommend a intermittent fast is not healthy nor smart!!! To say that by not feeding your body for a few days several times a year is a better option is not smart nor healthy. If each ingredient was to work standing alone, they would not all be together in one product you silly goose. It is no mystery that exercise in some form is needed in your life for positive health results, Thrive just gives you the energy needed to do it. I on the other hand do not actually exercise and have had numerous positive results from using Thrive. If the DFT was THE product behind Thrive then the DFT would be the only product.
