To say only a few plants in the nightshades family are edible is completely meaningless and implies meaning where there is none. Mangoes are in the same family as poison ivy. Poison hemlock is in the carrot family. Give context so people can make informed decisions instead of trying to scare them to support a particular idea. If there are studies showing a link between nightshades and inflammation, great. Please share it. Thanks.]]></description>

It is the Lectins  in nightshades  that cause insulin  &#038;  leptin resistance. Excuse my error. Letptins are okay for me.]]></description>
