So, basically, you're self-advertising a bit of business? That's like a dentist telling you how much you need a dentist, or a lawyer telling you how much you need a lawyer. Not saying we don't need any of these such professions. Just seems like a biased argument, if "I'm a dietician" is your claim towards how necessary those in your profession are.

Shawn Stevenson's comment was ridiculous, starts taking about greens and then goes to added sugar, in an incongruent attempt to draw attention, when you achieve the body of those who get their greens daily like ben palkuski we will speak, until then, i honestly wouldn't want to get a smaller and scrawny look like the one shawn has lol no thanks jeff.

I happen to agree with her. There's a big difference between using a plain, full-fat yogurt (preferably making your own from raw milk) and that store-bought 90 calorie crap with a whole slew of sugar or artificial sweetener. Makes me wonder if the probiotic strains are even beneficial.

The full-fat is nourishing and won't cause spikes in blood sugar. This is all the while providing awesome gut bacteria! Taste good, too.

Where would you get your vitamin C if not from fruits? Certainly eating 1 guava provides your daily dose of vitamin C quicker than eating 1 cup of cooked broccoli. Raw broccoli is not appetising.
