While supposedly the hallmark of pyroluria is that it causes zinc and B6 deficiencies, my levels of both were perfectly normal, and I did the tests through the lab all the practitioners in the US use. I am skeptical.

I have to order it from the chemist as it’s no longer stocked in the supermarket. Just by this one supplement it has changed my life. I definitely think Pyroluria is real and if a very cheap chemist supplement (don’t need expensive online purchases) helps why would you ever question it. Only those who have the side effects and feel the difference, can explain how life changing it is.

I ordered test kits from two leading labs as I wondered if the results would be roughly consistent or if it was just junk science
. Not the same sample, but I did them about two weeks apart, same time of day on the same day of the week, no changes in diet or supplements in between, followed the collection and shipping instructions to the letter. One lab said 4 on a scale of 0 to 20. The other lab said 20+ and offered to sell me a consultation.
