I am truly grateful for Dr. Aboda Natural Remedies and the positive impact his treatment has had on my life. I struggled with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for a long time. The constant discomfort, bloating, stomach pain, and unpredictable flare-ups made everyday life very stressful and exhausting.

After trying different treatments without lasting relief, I decided to try Dr. Aboda’s natural remedy. From the very beginning, he was understanding, patient, and attentive to my concerns. I followed his herbal treatment as instructed, and gradually I began to notice significant improvements.

My symptoms reduced, the abdominal pain eased, and my digestion became more stable. Over time, I started feeling like myself again. I now enjoy my meals without fear and can go about my daily activities with confidence and comfort.

I am sincerely thankful to Dr. Aboda for helping restore my health naturally. My experience has been life-changing, and I highly recommend his natural remedies to anyone struggling with similar digestive issues.

For about 50% of people with IBS-D the FODMAP diet works, for the other 50%, it doesn't.
This article needs to include more information about the gut microbiome. Damage to it, in my opinion, is the root cause of IBS-D. Dysbosis of the large intestine, whether it is loss of species or disruption of balances, has been associated clearly with IBS. Now, if you take that a step further and investigate FMTs, you will learn that although not easy, these FMTs can and do reverse IBS-D by restoring lost species and correct balances of bacteria in the gut microbiome. In fact, Dr. Thomas Borody is reversing IBS-D with an 80% success rate (as reported by Alanna Collen in her book, "10% Human". It often takes several FMTs to reverse IBS. We have to overcome the appendix, which is now realized to be an important reservoir for bacteria.
I have reversed my own IBS-D via an FMT. This was after extensive research into FMTs and the human microbiome. If you are not learning about the human microbiome, you are falling behind. It's been called the most important medical discovery, since the discovery of penicillin.
Something that could also have been included : for many with IBS-D they need to follow a food elimination diet to find their 'trigger' foods. Basically, one starts off with very few, safe, foods. Then, one at a time, the patient introduces a new food and determines if it causes symptoms. It takes time, but at least the patient determines which foods to avoid (strictly) and can help to alleviate symptoms to some degree.
For some with IBS-D a probiotic pill will help to relieve some symptoms. Which probiotic pill that will help varies from person to person (we each have different microbiomes). Current generation probiotic pill bacteria do not implant on the epithelium. I've even been told that most of the probiotic pills on the market have bacteria that don't even normally colonize the gut microbiome. That said, they do seem to promote a gut homeostasis. Probiotic foods, such as home-made sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir or kombachu also seem to promote a gut homeostasis. The trouble is, for many with IBS-D, they can't tolerate these probiotic foods. It's trial and error. Now, for a healthy individual without IBS-D, then these foods are advised to be part of healthy diet.

Very informative. I have symptoms of this and am in the process of elimination testing to find out exactly what is going on. I don' t have diareah or constipation problems. I just cut out wheat, rice & food starch, also beets and brussel sprouts are trigger foods for me. I literally was on the outside circle and started doing research on my symptoms which led me to the paleo/primal diat which led me to research FODMAP and AIP diets that follow Paleo principles. Right now just trying to make sure I don't have any life threatening diseases like celiac, chrons, or hashimoto because they all have some of the same symptoms.

Carol Sinclair was told by many physicians that her IBS must be due to "stress." She discovered on her own that it was DIET. When she removed starches from her diet she no longer had any symptoms. "The IBS Low-Starch Diet" also discusses the mechanism for Ankylosing Spondylitis, her underlying condition. Persons with severe IBS should consider getting tested for the HLA B27 antigen, especially if they have any joint pains, also.
