I've begun the translation to a low FODMAP diet (thank you very much) - it is not easy but I am committed. I've had two diverticulosis flare ups in less than 2 months - one week after discontinuing my 3 round/week of antibiotics, the second flare up occurred. I caught the second earlier and am finishing up the antibiotic.

I have grave (no pun intended) about the amount of antibiotics I have taken.

I am diligently logging all my foods/quantities but I have one BIG question regarding the low FODMAP diet. How soon after eating food that I am sensitive to do symptoms (acid reflux, lower abdominal pains, loose stools) occur?
