Thank you for providing this information. I tried to wing it on my own and within 6 weeks of the first flare up I had a second flare. I didn't know what I was doing and didn't have any idea how long to be in each stage of reintroduction. Now with your plan by mid October I should be finished with the 12 week program and eating healthy foods that I enjoy.

Valuable information, thank you. I’ve been a nurse for 30 yrs. ( And a GI nurse for 13 !! ) Definitely appreciate all my GI Dr coworkers and have picked their brain repeatedly. Unfortunately, nutrition….especially how healing it can be, and the basic practice of preventative medicine THROUGH nutrition, is not taught or encouraged in med school. Let’s face it, it’s not a money maker to just eat well to prevent disease. So glad I found this info, thanks again.
