Hello! I have eczema since two years ago, having this has been a challenge for me. I've gone through ups and downs. For me it has been really difficult to find a treatment that worked for my skin and type of eczema. The worst of all are the scar that eczema leaves on my skin, for this the best treatment that I've tried is Dermal MD serum for scars.

Our physician was baffled because after about 4 months on a strictly vegetarian diet, minimal dairy and oils, my husband's eczema disappeared. He was a 68 year old man with a very long history of eczema. He has scarring and discoloration on his legs because of the constant open sores. We stayed vegetarian for approx. 3 years and then switched to a LCHF way of eating. We have been eating this way for two years and his eczema has not returned. Food related, yes. Not sure which food, but the biggest one we stay away from is flour based foods and a lot of dairy. Some cheese and yogurt is about all. Just grateful he no longer has to deal with the itching and oozing.
