Have you seen the Moringa tree? It is a huge tree. What you eat is the leaves and they will grow right back after you picked them. The Moringa tree prefers warm weather but it can be grown in colder weather. When it is too cold below 50 degree F then the tree will lose all of its leaves and will grow right back as soon as the temperature is above 50.

This plant is packed with nutrition and you only need to eat a handful of leaves per day. There is no fear of it destroying the environment like you said.

Is this the Authority Nutrition site revived? It's a mistake for AN to sell out to Healthline because that site is boring and confusing.

Anyway, I cannot stand the bitterness of Moringa although I can eat bitter plant foods such as bitter melon. When I used to eat Moringa, the dosage was 2 tablespoons per day. But the pill is tiny so does it have the necessary dosage?
