In response to Dianne, as someone who has struggled with severe constipation, I understand the temptation to try a colonic cleanse. However, here’s something they don’t often tell you about colonics: while they may clear out waste, they also wipe out the good bacteria in your gut. This might seem like no big deal, but considering that around 70% of your immune system is in the gut, it’s actually a big deal. You’d be better off doing a colon detox, or what’s more casually known as a 'belly flush'. I'm not sure if links can be posted here, but there's an excellent one at: http://ColonFlush.info - Along with avoiding the culprit foods in this article, you can see and feel a massive difference.
