So, I end up eating stuff that I shouldn&#039;t more than I&#039;d like to admit. After reading this, I&#039;m going to make a much better effort for my health! My blood pressure has been fine for the past year, but my diet per my family&#039;s eating habits slipped and when I went to the dentist, he informed me that it was high again. I knocked it out last time with mostly nuts, oatmeal, honey and cinnamon every day.]]></description>
