					<description><![CDATA[I had lost 112 on a program type diet in 8 months. Once I hit that weight, I had an oh no moment....One of my biggest issues was while it was convenient, it wasn&#039;t teaching me proper nutrition. It had phases to show you how to transition to maintenance but even then their coaches encouraged you to continue eating their fuelings. I felt tied to the program and I knew that wasn&#039;t healthy. I needed a healthy way to maintain. So I searched for answers. I found it truly is about calories in and out. Weight loss wasn&#039;t contingent upon a program or all fat low carb diet. It was about calories. Plain and simple. Once I discovered this, I was able to understand how to maintain and enjoy an occasional off day. I also learned what foods were more quality for my body. I&#039;m still learning but truly feel proud of myself for how far I&#039;ve come.]]></description>
